Job Title: In Charge – Procurement and Planning

Job Description:

Godrej Bangladesh is seeking a qualified and experienced individual for the role of In Charge – Procurement and Planning. The successful candidate will lead the local and international procurement function and manage demand and supply planning operations in line with the business requirements. The role requires a minimum of 6-7 years of relevant supply chain experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead local and international procurement function for smooth operation.
Manage demand and supply planning operations in line with the business requirement.
Lead S&OP meeting and coordinate with cross-function to finalize planning/monthly operating plan/budget.
Manage current and pipeline stock.
Negotiate and execute contracts with suppliers in accordance with the requirements of quality, cost, and delivery time.
Analyze market movement and provide commodity market update for decision making.
Partner with the business from time to time for resource optimization.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have:

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team of over 300 team members.
Excellent problem-solving skills, result-oriented, and possess an innovative mindset.
Good learning agility.
Good negotiation and communication skills.
Strong capability to work under pressure and deliver the expected results.
Salary and Benefits:

The company offers a competitive salary package along with festival bonus, provident fund share, gratuity, performance bonus, and insurance (Group Life and Hospitalization). Other benefits will be as per company policy.
