✅Strong leadership and monitoring skills.
Salary: 30,000 BDT-50,000 BDT
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled HR to lead our human resources team and manage all aspects of our HR operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance, and HR strategy. The candidate will also provide leadership to the HR team and ensure that all HR operations are in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews.
✅ Oversee employee relations, including resolving conflicts and handling grievances.
✅Manage the performance review process, conducting performance evaluations, and providing feedback to employees.
✅Manage the training and development program, including identifying training needs, developing training programs, and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives.
✅Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including managing audits and investigations.
✅Maintain and build up a beneficial working relationship with partnered and potential partnered companies.
✅Provide leadership to the HR team, including mentoring and coaching team members.
Salary: 30,000 BDT-50,000 BDT
