Position: Officer/Sr. Officer- Compliance
Department: Compliance
Job Description:
1. To Monitor all social compliance issues of all facilities.
2. Prepare internal audit schedule and plan and Conduct internal audit in all factories as per Bangladesh Labor Law, Buyer social COC and other Certification audit standard and make reports regarding compliance operations and progress.
3. Develop or implement environmental compliance plans for programs, such as air quality, storm water, wastewater treatment, hazardous waste management, pollution prevention.
4. Document findings of tests and audits in work papers and memos and distribute them to relevant supervisors and department heads upon completion.
5. Collect verbal grievances of workers from floor and send to concern dept.

Educational Requirements: BBA/MBA in HRM
Experience Required: 3-4 Years.
Salary Range: Negotiable
Job Location: Ha-Meem Group (CCL), Tongi zone, Nishat nagor, Tongi, Dhaka.
