ACI Logistics Limited (Shwapno) is looking for an agile and dynamic HR professional for the role of “Team Lead – Learning & Development” in our team, who can leverage his/her own teams to respond effectively to a variety of training scenarios.
As an L&D specialist, you will facilitate a mix of learning activities in a structured or formal learning setting. You will be responsible for the delivery and design (tactical) of the learning and development solutions.

Job Responsibilities:
Training and Development
>Identify training needs and goals by collaborating with the HODs.
>Develop comprehensive training programs and initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
>Create training materials, modules, and resources such as presentations, handouts, and e-learning content.
>Incorporate various training methods and techniques, including classroom training, e-learning, on-the-job training, workshops, and simulations.
>Maintain training records, including attendance, participant feedback, and training completion status.
Training Delivery and Facilitation:
>Conduct training sessions for employees at various levels, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and engagement.
>Deliver training through different mediums, such as in-person sessions and online platforms.
>Utilize effective facilitation techniques to encourage participation, discussion, and interactive learning.
>Training Needs Assessment and Evaluation:
>Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training priorities.
>Develop and administer surveys, questionnaires, and assessments to measure training effectiveness and gather feedback.
>Prepare reports and presentations on training activities, outcomes, and metrics for management and stakeholders.
>Make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement and enhancements to the training curriculum and delivery methods.
Academic Qualifications:
A Bachelor of Business Administration (preferably in HRM) from a reputed institution.
Candidates with an MBA Degree in HRM will get preference.
Additional Skills Requirement:
> 8 to 10 year(s) of work experience. Including a minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role.
Additional Job Requirements:
>Good knowledge of employment regulations.
>Excellent knowledge of HR practices.
>Vast working knowledge of all HR departmental areas, including reward and recognition, welfare, learning and development, as well as HR systems and budgets.
>Proven leadership experience in managing departments and teams.
Salary Range: Negotiable
