POSITION: SR. EXECUTIVE TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
Job Specification:
Graduate from any reputed university.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience.
Sound knowledge in MS Excel.
Must be proficient and fluent in English.
Job Description:
• Prepare training calendar, training modules based
on the training needs analysis.
• Co-ordinate and facility the training.
• Evaluate the pre and post training effectiveness.
Collect feedback of overall training include trainer’s
performance and module quality.
• Create an annual training plan for the employees.
• Identify poor performance area from PMS.
• Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) Follow up.
