WE ARE HIRING: Brand Strategist
Job Responsibilities:
Brand Development:
● Develop and maintain a strong and cohesive brand identity that resonates with our target audience.
● Craft brand guidelines to ensure consistent messaging and visual representation.
Content Creation:
● Create compelling and shareable content across various platforms to strengthen brand awareness.
● Collaborate with internal teams, including graphics design, motion graphics, and content writing, to produce high-quality and on-brand content.
External Collaboration:
● Identify and initiate partnerships with influencers, industry leaders, and other brands to amplify our brand presence.
● Negotiate and manage collaborations to ensure alignment with our brand values and objectives.
Social Media Management:
● Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility.
● Monitor trends and engage with the audience to maintain a positive brand image.
Brand Exposure Campaigns:
● Plan and execute campaigns aimed at increasing brand exposure through various channels.
● Measure and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
Market Research:
● Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to keep our brand ahead in the market.
Educational Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Age Limit: 21-35
Experience:
● At least 1-2 years of work experience in a branding team.
● Proven experience in brand strategy, content creation, and external collaborations.
Additional Requirements:
● Both Males & Females are allowed to apply.
● Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and social media platforms.
● Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
● Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
