Position Overview:  

We are looking for a driven and result-oriented individual to lead and execute area business plans by optimizing resources, enhancing product availability, and ensuring sustainable trade relationships. This role plays a vital part in driving volume, visibility, and delivering an exceptional customer experience at the last mile.

Key Responsibilities:

1.      Sales Delivery & Channel Execution

  • Achieve area sales targets (Recharge & SIM) by ensuring effective product distribution.
  • Expand and optimize distribution by developing the right setup, including RV & SIM Points of Sale (POS).
  • Execute trade marketing activities and ensure brand visibility through POSM (Point-of-Sale Materials).
  • Mobilize necessary resources and cross-functional support to meet business objectives.

2.      Partner & Trade Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key retail partners (RV & SIM POS).
  • Ensure third-party distribution partners (RSPs) operate efficiently and align with company guidelines.

3.      Compliance & Operations Monitoring

  • Monitor RSP sales entry and SIM activation form (SAF) submissions to ensure 100% compliance.
  • Ensure smooth setup and functioning of customer service points to deliver a seamless experience.

Qualification Required:

Bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field from reputed university. 

Skills Required:

·       Proven experience in sales and distribution management

·       Strong understanding of channel development and third-party operations

·       Excellent relationship-building and trade engagement skills

·       Ability to drive compliance and process excellence in field operations

·       Hands-on experience with merchandising and visibility campaigns

·       Strong execution mindset and ability to work under pressure

·       Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
