Job Scope
This role is responsible for providing back office services for a portfolio of group insurance clients. These services include renewal of policy, billing & calculations, business communications, system activity, claims system issue, record maintenance, etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrating pro-active ownership and expertise in managing a corporate client portfolio of 150-200 and back-office activities.
- Delivering error free calculations of billing both via excel and system.
- Owning & maintaining a large member database in excel and also updating the same database in system within stipulated time.
- Meeting specified timeline for clients’ service delivery for different categories.
- Coordinating with respective front office executives as a tag team player and also with cross functional stakeholders to solve problems related to service issues.
- Maintaining & tracking service issues in an organized and professional manner.
- Ensuring all policy related operational activities are aligned as per business guideline.
- Generating and preparing required reports and information on respective portfolio within given time and often in short notice.
Academic Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline preferably with an MBA/Masters from any reputed university.
Relevant Past Experience
- At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in Corporate Sales.
- Experience in B2B or Corporate Operations will be preferred
Functional Competencies
- Strong business communication skills (writing letters, emails, etc).
- MS Excel based database analytical & problem-solving skill.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as a good tag team player.
- Customer Centric with proactive & positive attitude.
- Interest to learn with the ability to grasp concepts quickly.
- Well conversant in dealing & understanding B2B business.
- Sound knowledge in Microsoft-Office software to develop small tools & work with data.
- Ability to handle high pressure work situations.

Job Scope
The incumbent will be responsible for working alongside senior analysts and stakeholders to understand business needs, analyze data and support the development and optimization of technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including developers, project managers and business teams to understand and document business requirements and technical specifications.
- Support in translating business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Assist in data collection, cleaning and analysis using tools like SQL, Excel or Python to help generate insights and recommendations.
- Prepare data-driven reports and visualizations to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
Technical Process Improvement:
- Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement, especially from a technical perspective.
- Contribute to creating technical documentation, flowcharts and process models to capture current and future state processes.
Solution Testing and Validation:
- Participate in the testing and validation of new features, functionalities and systems to ensure they meet business requirements.
- Work with QA teams to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide feedback on technical implementations.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Support cross-functional collaboration between business and IT teams to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives.
- Assist in preparing presentations and documentation for various stakeholders, translating technical details into business language as needed.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology or any other related disciple.
Required Experience
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience preferred, however, fresh graduates can also apply.
Functional Competencies
- Basic knowledge of data analysis tools and programming languages, such as SQL, Excel, Python, or R.
- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is beneficial.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues.
- Attention to detail, with a knack for identifying trends and insights in data.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Eager to learn, self-motivated and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Adaptable and able to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
