Senior Relationship Manager, Relationship Unit 4 (Job Number: 25000053)
- Attain business targets through onboarding new accounts and maximizing utilization from the existing portfolio of customers.
- Identify and acquire new clients, especially in RMG, Manufacturing, and public sector in line with bank’s risk appetite and strategic objectives.
- Manage and deepen banking relationships with MNC, RMG, Manufacturing and public sector clients, including government ministries and various state-owned entities.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive credit proposals in accordance with bank’s risk appetite and regulatory guidelines.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., Credit Risk, Operations, Trade, Treasury) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Foster strong relationships with external stakeholders and regulators including Bangladesh Bank.
- Monitor assigned client portfolio to ensure compliance with loan covenants, maintain asset quality and identify any potential risk early to safeguard the bank’s interest from possible losses.
- Raise early alerts, issue diary notes, and conduct regular client visits to report potential risks on time to the senior team.

- Post-graduation/Graduation from a reputed UGC-approved university, concentration in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Management or Economics is preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in corporate banking Relationship Management.
- Knowledge of international trade and working capital financing, project financing, syndication financing, work order finance, Offshore banking credit principles and necessary industry insights.
- Experience in credit analysis and structuring of credit facilities for large corporates as well as public sector entities.

- Independently review and validate technical evaluation reports and solution architectures.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure security of applications, integrations, and FinTech initiatives.
- Conduct threat model assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration tests for web, mobile, API, system, and network architectures.
- Implement security vetting for newly developed applications and ensure compliance with Bangladesh Bank guidelines and established processes and standards.
- Perform static (SAST), dynamic (DAST), and manual code reviews to enhance code quality and identify security vulnerabilities.
- Support developers by integrating security controls into the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Conduct comprehensive technical security analyses of systems to identify potential vulnerabilities, gaps in policies/procedures, or need for new development.

Unit Head, IT Governance, Standardization and Audit (Job Number: 2500005A)
- Manage & Maintain prevailing Technology governance practice adhering to Bank’s policy, Regulator’s guideline, global best practices such as ISO, ITIL, COBIT etc. Ensure IT compliance by maintaining all regulatory, statutory, and legal obligations.
- Ensure proper implementation and improvement of processes (Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Capacity Management, Service Level Management, Asset Management, etc.) and confirm process adherence across all corners of the Bank.
- Review and design the service reporting framework, ensure KPIs are in place and service reports are produced, stored and reviewed periodically.
- Document the agreed levels of service (OLA) to be delivered and ensure customer’s current and future Service requirements are identified, understood, and updated in OLA.
