Job Title: Business Analyst
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team at a reputed company. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, an eye for detail, and excellent communication abilities. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing restaurant operations, financial data, customer behavior, and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
– Analyze restaurant operations, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
– Gather and analyze data on sales trends, customer behavior, and demographics, and provide insights and recommendations to optimize revenue and customer experience.
– Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to management.
– Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for expansion and growth, as well as potential threats and risks.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to develop and implement strategies that align with the restaurant’s goals and objectives.
– Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders to communicate insights, recommendations, and progress on key initiatives.
– Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and incorporate them into business analysis and strategy development.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry. (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex information to stakeholders.
– Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with experience using data visualization tools and techniques.
– Familiarity with restaurant operations and industry trends is a plus.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
