Customer Service Agent – Digital (Contractual)
Daraz Bangladesh Limited is looking for dynamic individuals to join their team as Customer Service Agents for their digital platform. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work on a roster basis, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Job Responsibilities:
– Provide exceptional customer service to users through Live Chat.
– Identify and escalate customer issues to relevant internal departments for prompt resolution.
– Maintain targeted Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on a regular basis.
– Uphold a high standard of service quality in line with the organization’s requirements.
Employment Status: Contractual
Educational Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
– Bachelors/Honors students in progress who can manage office hours are welcome to apply.
– Strong communication skills in both English and Bangla.
– Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.
– Proficient in using computers and MS Office applications.
– Ability to work under pressure.
Skills Required:
– Customer Service: A passion for providing top-notch customer support.
– Good Communication Skills: Fluent in both English and Bangla for effective interactions.
– Typing Speed: A minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute.
– Professional English Writing: Capable of writing professionally in English.
Experience Requirements:
– Maximum of 1 year of experience in Call Center or Customer Service.
– Experience in the E-commerce industry will be an advantage.
– Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements:
– Age between 20 to 35 years.
– Both male and female candidates are eligible to apply.
Job Location: Dhaka (Tejgaon)
Salary: Tk. 14000 – 15000 per month, as per company policy.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
– Possibility of contract extension based on performance and company requirements.
