Key Responsibilities:

Participate in the Future Leader Development Program to develop skills and knowledge required to become a leader and innovator in the financial industry
Solve complex problems and demonstrate analytical skills
Maintain good interpersonal skills and strive for excellence
Show proficiency in the English language
Commit to serving EBL for a minimum of three years

Qualifications:

A minimum CGPA of 3.00 out of 4.00
Genuine interest in pursuing a banking career with EBL
Well-developed problem-solving and analytical skills
Proficiency in the English language
Good interpersonal skills
