US Bangla Airlines Ltd, the largest private airlines of the country, is looking for dynamic & smart individual to join as Executive- HR (Audit & Compliance) to shed light on HR departmental processes & procedures and make it easier to determine compliance with the policies & employment laws of the company.
Responsible for reviewing HR policies and procedures must be up-to-date and consistent, which is a primary objective.
Ensure the hiring process in accordance with the policies and full of integrity as well as other HR policies are fully compliant with the applicable regulatory and legal framework.
Reviews and assists to formulate of items like employee handbooks, HR standard operating procedures, and ensure employers’ rules are consistent with labor and employment laws.
Auditing human resources processes reveals whether HR is operating in as efficient manner as possible according to the practices & policies
Conduct HR audit for quality assurance of employees’ expertise that assess the quality of work performed by the HR.
Time to time review and analysis of employee personal files of every department.
Review the competency assessment process that has been conducted by HR department.
Analysis employee attendance and other analytics of HR.
Review and setup the global standard compensation & benefit package in order to retention of the talent.
Focuses on strengths and weaknesses of systems and processes to determine whether they align with the HR department’s and the organization’s strategic plan.
Periodic HR audit report formulation and present it to Management accordingly.
Work at office
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM
Masters in Business Administration majoring in HR is preferable
PGD HRM from Bangladesh Institute of Management (BIM) is preferable
Age 24 to 30 years
MUST have good command over advanced MS Excel & MS PowerPoint
Should be insightful about Labor Law
Expert in HRIS Operation will be an added advantage
Honest, ethical, dependable & Positive go-getter attitude
Should be able to Work in a Team & Empathetic skills
Proactive & able to work under pressure
Communication and Strong interpersonal skills
Being Analytical & Data-Driven
Multitasking & Adaptability Skills.

Tk. 30000 (Monthly)
After confirmation Salary will be reviewed.
