National Sales Manager, Foods
Develop and implement effective sales and distribution strategies and plans to achieve the company’s sales targets and objectives, and increase sales revenue.
Design annual sales budget and determine allocation of resources; monitor adherence to budget and optimal utilization of resources for sales team.
Develop and implement effective sales processes, policies, tools, and systems to streamline operations and enhance sales productivity.
Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour to identify new business opportunities and drive growth.
Set clear sales targets and performance objectives for the team and ensure they are met or exceeded.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and channel partners and identify opportunities to expand the distribution network and optimize sales coverage across different regions.
Monitor effectiveness of sales strategy and distribution channels and recommend courses of correction for optimization.
Ensure zone wise profitability.
Closely work with leadership team to identify and implement solutions to drive process efficiencies.
*Graduation/Master’s from any reputed National/International Institute
*At least 15 years of relevant work experience from any leading FMCG company and
at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
*Age at most 45
*Excellent Communication, Analytical and decision making skill,
*Strong leadership and team-building skill.
