Job Summary

The Supply Chain Operations Officer will be responsible for managing the end-to-end receiving process of goods and services. Key responsibilities include analyzing receipts, ensuring accurate documentation, coordinating with finance and technology teams, and supporting inventory management. This role plays a critical part in maintaining financial transparency, operational efficiency, and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily receiving operations for goods and services based on organizational requirements.
• Track and monitor open purchase orders to ensure timely receipt and accurate delivery.
• Collaborate with finance and user teams on invoice verification and goods receiving processes.
• Maintain accurate documentation for inventory control and financial records.
• Perform quality checks on received goods where applicable.
• Update and manage inventory management systems with precise data.
• Assist with financial reconciliation and support month-end reporting.
• Prepare and share reports on receiving activities, escalating any issues to stakeholders (Technology, Finance, and Audit teams).
• Ensure compliance during internal and external audits by maintaining well-organized records.

Qualifications & Skills We Prefer

• Educational Requirement: Minimum BBA in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration from a reputed institution.
• Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; however, candidates with 1–4 years of experience in accounts payable, procurement, supply chain, or financial accounting will be given preference.
• Candidates with a technology background and interest in supply chain operations are encouraged to apply.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of receiving, procurement processes, and risk identification within supply chain operations is a plus.
