Bahon Limited, the NTTN company, is looking for a “Senior Executive/Asst Manager” for the Administration & Procurement Department

Educational Background: Graduated from any public/private university

Experience: Minimum 3 years in the relevant field.

Job Responsibilities:
a) Book meetings and schedule events.
b) Maintain internal databases.
c) Submit expense reports.
d) Keep employee records (physical and digital).
e) Organize, store and print company documents as needed.
f) Handle queries from managers and employees.
g) Month wise car servicing, renew car fitness, renew Tax Token, renew vehicle route permit.
h) Prepare office assistant work schedule
i) Responsible to keep the environment of the office beautiful and cleaning
j) Maintain office drivers & office assistants. Prepare their overtime & Allowance sheets.
k) Responsible for giving POP’s related information to support Bahon’s Technical team when they need.
l) Maintaining AC servicing & Generator servicing.
m) Responsible for employee’s ID card making procedure, business Card Printing, Pad printing and others stationeries supplies in time.
n) Ensure fulfilling daily needs of office (stationaries, food entertainment & Kitchen stuff etc.).
o) Preparing Letters, Challan & Gate pass as per concern team’s requirement.
p)Responsible for preparing monthly Mobile bill.
q) Collecting Office Utility bill & House rent, proceed for payment bills on time.
r)Performing other activities as per assigned by line manager & management.
