Head – Factory HR

Purpose of the Role
The Factory HR Head will oversee HR and Administration across three factory locations — MEZ, Mouchak, and Shirirchala — ensuring governance, statutory compliance, and a productive, safe, and engaged workplace culture aligned with corporate values and business goals.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in any discipline, preferably Business Administration or Law.
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in Factory HR, IR, or Administration (preferably in FMCG).
- Proven ability in multi-location factory HR operations, compliance, and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with legal frameworks and industrial relations practices preferred.
Key Deliverables
- Oversee HR & Admin operations across MEZ, Mouchak, and Shirirchala with uniform governance.
- Ensure 100% compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain proactive engagement with DIFE, BEZA, and government authorities.
- Promote harmonious employee relations through engagement and communication initiatives.
- Collaborate with factory leadership to resolve IR issues and ensure workplace safety.
- Manage HR budgets, manpower planning, and performance development initiatives.
Work Culture & Compliance
Drive a culture of discipline, safety, accountability, and continuous improvement across all factory units. Maintain compliance with internal audits, HR policies, and safety standards while fostering employee well-being and operational excellence.
