One of the renowned logistic Company is looking for Area Sales Manager.
• Ensure all aspects of the SUCCESS program are well understood and implemented across all sales territories and that the country objectives of both sales force effectiveness and efficiency improvement are achieved.
• Monitor Account Managers utilization of the pipeline forecast and ensure that business from new and existing customers is successfully negotiated in a timely manner
• Ensure that all UPS customers are serviced effectively by the sales force and that Up-Selling and Cross-Selling opportunities are identified and negotiations commenced.
• Assist in the development of customer strategies to secure competitor business in major and key account portfolios.
• Ensure country sales strategy is incorporated into all major targets set for the sales force.
• Perform regular co-visits/calls with members of the sales team to monitor the development of skills and to identify further areas for training and development.
• Experience Requirements: 5-8 years in sales in marketing
• Educational Background: Graduation from any reputed University
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bangla and English
• Excellent analytical skills
• Hard working, sincere and energetic for door-to-door sales
• Customer Relationship Management
