Position Overview:

We seek a proactive and client-focused SME Business Manager to drive account management, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction within the SME sector. If you have a knack for solution-based selling, a collaborative mindset, and experience in ICT, we invite you to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Management:
    • Manage and grow a portfolio of SME accounts, focusing on connectivity and ICT solutions.
    • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Sales and Business Development:
    • Identify new SME business opportunities to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
    • Develop customized proposals for connectivity and ICT solutions to address client needs.
  • Solution Selling:
    • Conduct consultative selling to understand client challenges and recommend tailored connectivity and ICT solutions.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement technical solutions for SMEs.
  • Market Insights and Strategic Planning:
    • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
    • Contribute to strategic sales plans to expand market share in the SME segment.
  • Collaboration with Partners:
    • Work closely with business partners and stakeholders to align product offerings and enhance service delivery.
    • Partner with internal teams to integrate new products and solutions into sales efforts.
  • Customer Support and Escalation Management:
    • Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and escalations in collaboration with the support teams.
    • Act as the main point of contact for SME clients for all connectivity and solution-related needs.
  • ICT and Connectivity Focus:
    • Leverage ICT knowledge to upsell and cross-sell IoT and ICT products/services.
    • Stay updated on advancements in ICT and recommend relevant solutions to clients.
  • Reporting and Data Analytics:
    • Track and report sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts to the General Manager.
    • Use data insights to refine strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Event and Engagement Management:
    • Organize SME-focused events, workshops, and campaigns to enhance customer engagement.
    • Represent Axentec PLC at networking events and industry forums.
Education Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, ICT, or a related field.

Experience requirement:

Minimum 5-6 years of experience in SME Sales, IT Company Sales, or B2B sales, preferably with ICT or technical products exposure.

Skills:
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Understanding ICT solutions, IoT, and connectivity products is a strong advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Experience using CRM tools for pipeline management and reporting.
