THE ROLE
We are looking for Executive, HR with a thirst for learning, who will be actively working in various HR
functions. The perfect candidate for this role will be expected to have excellent communication,
interpersonal and organizational skills to take on administrative and creative tasks in Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding, HR Operations, and drive Employee Engagement activities. The role will be a driving factor to enhance people experience within the organization. The person must be able to take ownership of assigned tasks and highly compatible to the dynamic organization. THE RESPONSIBILITIES


Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding:
• Carry out recruitment & selection process to attract and hire the right resources; ensure
adherence to the hiring plan to meet target.
• Liaison with recruitment agencies, job portals, and posting job circulars on various platforms to
attract the desired talent pool.
• Chaperone all new joiners through a welcoming experience during the Orientation and On-
boarding process.
• Support the team to design and execute employer branding initiatives.


HR Operations & Service Delivery:
• Ensure all on-boarding, off-boarding and employee records are up-to date in HRIS & OneDrive &
Personnel files.
• Issuing HR letters to the employees and acting as a point of contact for HR services.
• Record attendance & leave data of management employees on regular basis.
• Employees’ bank account creation, information management & data entry for payroll support.
Employee Engagement:
• Strategize and arrange employee engagement programs to enhance employee engagement and
experience within the organization.
• Promote a productive workplace and ensure a culture of collaboration and accountability.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
• Minimum graduation (preferably in HRM) from any recognized educational institution.


PROFESSIONAL SKILLS
• 1-2 years of working experience in Recruitment & HR operations in any fast-paced environment.
• Experience of working with HRIS is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft office essentials (especially Excel & PowerPoint).
• Know how about local employment laws.
