Job Responsibilities:
1. Ensure the efficient and profitable operations of spare parts.
2. Devise and implement strategies for maintaining spare parts inventory and distribution.
3. Oversee parts inventory operations and daily activities to maintain high-quality spare parts services.
4. Manage and optimize people and processes involved in spare parts operations.
5. Expand and strengthen the spare parts sales network, ensuring a business-oriented parts inventory.
6. Handle customer and stockist interactions with proper follow-up and support.
7. Gather market information and use it to expand the spare parts sales network.
8. Plan and execute marketing and sales campaigns for spare parts.
9. Achieve monthly sales and distribution targets for spare parts.
10. Collaborate closely with the after-sales service and distribution team to ensure a smooth supply of spare parts.
Employment Status: Full-time
Educational Requirements: BBA/MBA in Marketing from a reputed University.
Skills Required: Sales & Marketing
Experience Requirements: 1 to 3 years of experience in the Motorbike industry. Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements:
– Age between 22 to 30 years.
– Strong communication and social skills.
– Proficiency in MS Office.
– Analytical ability.
– Passionate about the motorcycle industry.
– Flexibility to travel for office tours.
Job Location: Dhaka (Tejgaon Industrial Area)
Salary: Negotiable
