Requirements

• Education: Graduation & Post-Graduation in any discipline from any Public University.
• Age: 24–32 years.
• Experience: FMCG sales experience preferred; freshers highly encouraged to apply.
• Other: Ability to ride a motorbike; excellent communication & negotiation; ability to work under pressure; strong team orientation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily sales and trade marketing activities in the territory.
• Maintain administrative activities and reporting as required.
• Build and sustain excellent trade relations with distributors, retailers and customers.
• Implement organizational policies and strategies to compete effectively.
• Forecast market demand, achieve sales targets and ensure sustainable market share growth.

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: BDT 45,000.
• TA/DA & Other Benefits: As per company policy.
• Workplace: Work at office.
