• 5+ years of experience in sales, field operations, or merchant onboarding
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field). An MBA is a plus
• Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong team management and performance coaching experience
• Comfortable with Google Sheets, dashboards, CRM tools, and field tracking systems
