Major Job Responsibilities:
· Manage the calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings.

Role Overview:
The purpose of this role is to oversee the regulatory reporting, external financial reporting and accounts receivable management. This role involves assisting in ensuring compliance with financial regulations, preparing external reports for stakeholders and managing the company’s receivables to maintain healthy cash flow. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and understanding of reporting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Regulatory Reporting:
- Assist to prepare and submit regulatory reports in compliance with financial authorities and government agencies (e.g., Bangladesh Bank, Ministry or local regulatory bodies).
- Assist Ensure all regulatory filings are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure adherence to financial compliance standards.
External Reporting:
- Assist in the preparation of various external reporting to internal stakeholders and external stakeholders.
- Support the finance team in improving transparency and reliability in external reporting.
Accounts Receivable Management:
- Assist in managing the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices.
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies with clients or internal departments.
- Maintain accurate records of receivables, aging reports, and collections efforts.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve cash flow and reduce bad debts.
