Purpose of this role:
Execute the production plan and oversee plant maintenance activities, ensuring optimal cost-efficiency while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Deliverables:
- To deliver Production as per defined KPI in manufacturing units, analyse for variance & undertake remedial measures.
- To ensure the safety of the workforce in the workplace by critically examining processes, material, equipment & analyzing safety failures to identify root cause to eliminate the probability of reoccurrence.
- To perform departmental TPM activity.
- To attend internal & external audits to achieve successful results.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by applying structured problem-solving methodologies to enhance process efficiency and operational performance.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with QA, HR, and Commercial teams to ensure timely resolution of operational issues and alignment on daily activities.
- Breakdown reduction through 5 WHY analysis/FMECA & preventive.
Qualification & Experience:
- B. Sc. in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 4-5 years in manufacturing production/maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in maintenance.
2) Officer – Safety, Health & Environment

Purpose of this role:
The role is responsible for coordinating Safety, Health & Environment activities across the designated plant location.
Key Deliverables:
- Takes leadership in developing and anchoring a lean & safe culture.
- Liaise with the manufacturing facilities to collect data for collating the overall safety, health, environment, and sustainability performance.
- Support in deploying the SHE strategy, policy, and standards in sites to achieve sustained results.
- Assist in driving Safety Risk assessment and accustomed to SHE concepts like HIRA, JSA, work permit system, electrical safety, chemical safety, etc.
- Supervise and conduct comprehensive inspections, studies, audits, and onsite surveys for evaluation of safety, health, and environmental hazards.
- Facilitate units with legal compliance and liaise with different statutory bodies as applicable.
- Be the management representative for relevant external audits.
Qualification & Experience:
- 2 Years’ Experience at plant level in the domain of Safety, Health & Environment, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Technical qualification (minimum B.Sc in Engineering) from a reputed National/International institute.
