About the Role

Assist daily warehouse operations (inbound, storage, dispatch) and ensure compliance with QMS standards. Support distributor coordination, safety procedures and KPI achievement through timely reporting and continuous process improvements. This is a Contractual role under third-party payroll based at the Narayanganj Distribution Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations across inbound, storage and outbound per policy.
• Communicate with distributors, capture orders and ensure timely dispatch.
• Support KPI delivery through on-time execution and reporting.
• Recommend & help implement efficiency and compliance improvements.
• Ensure adherence to Workplace Health & Safety; assist in periodic risk assessments.
• Maintain compliance with Reckitt Quality Management System (QMS).
• Help enforce policies, procedures and work standards across warehouse activities.
• Prepare and update operational reports as required by management.

Education & Experience

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree from any UGC-approved / foreign university.
• Freshers encouraged to apply; up to 1 year in Supply Chain / Logistics / Warehouse (FMCG) is a plus.
