About the Role
As a Commercial Finance Intern at Reckitt Benckiser (Bangladesh) PLC, youâll be part of one of the most dynamic finance teams. Youâll gain hands-on exposure to strategic planning, trade spend management, audit readiness, and financial analysis â supporting decision-making and operational efficiency in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
Eligibility Criteria
- Final-year undergraduate/postgraduate students left with mandatory internship only and available to work full-time.
- Majoring in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in incorporating external auditor requirements for revenue recognition and trade spend management.
- Provide analytical insights to support commercial finance initiatives and decision-making.
- Conduct variance analysis on performance metrics; identify improvement areas.
- Contribute to improving financial documentation and workflow accuracy.
- Collaborate with finance and commercial teams to align financial insights with business goals.
The Skills for Success
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong grasp of accounting principles and financial analysis.
- Attention to detail and ability to synthesize data effectively.
