Position Overview:
We are seeking a high-performing and strategic professional to join the P&O Expertise team – the center of excellence responsible for designing the People & Organization architecture across Robi and its subsidiaries. This role will play a critical part in crafting and evolving P&O frameworks, policies, and operating models that are future-ready, employee-centric, and aligned with business strategy. This is a unique opportunity to shape the people philosophy and institutional frameworks of a leading digital telco by translating business needs into robust, scalable P&O practices.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Framework Design & Development:
· Design, refine, and institutionalize key P&O frameworks, such as, but not limited to: Performance Enhancement, Rewards & Recognition, Job level related frameworks, Compensation structure etc.
2. Policy Ownership & Governance:
· Develop and maintain P&O policies in alignment with evolving business and employee needs. Ensure clarity, compliance, and standardization across all entities.
3. Strategic P&O Partnering & Collaboration:
· Act as a thought partner to HRBPs and leadership by offering evidence-backed guidance on people strategy formulation and organizational design.
· Benchmarking & Best Practices regardingregional and global P&O trends, especially those relevant to the telco and digital services sector.
· Work closely with other P&O verticals to co-create scalable, digital-ready, and people-first solutions.
Qualifications Required:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputed university.
Skills Required:
- Breadth and depth of experience, including solid understanding of policy design, labor law, and exposure to strategic P&O roles.
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking ability to derive insights and shape P&O frameworks.
- Proficiency in HR solution platforms and digital HR tools.
- Strong business acumen with a system-thinking approach.
