This role emphasizes a partnership-based approach and is grounded in feminist principles, with a strong focus on recognizing and addressing power dynamics.

What we are looking for:

An ideal candidate for the role will also be/have:

Master’s degree in humanitarian/development studies, business administration, management, or social sciences.
At least 7 years of experience in emergency and development work, including 4 years in international settings.
Strong track record in managing complex humanitarian programmes, including budgets, staff, and donor funding.
Excellent people and team management skills, with proven financial management abilities.
Able to work effectively, creatively, and independently with minimal supervision.
Strong team player with a cooperative attitude across teams.
Familiar with key humanitarian codes and standards (e.g. NGO/Red Cross Code of Conduct, People in Aid Code, Oxfam procedures).

Master’s degree in Development Studies, Climate Science, Business Administration, Management, or Social Sciences.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in emergency and development work, including at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Strong experience in managing complex programmes, including budgets, staff, and donor funding.
Excellent people management skills and a solid understanding of team development and financial oversight.
Able to work independently with creativity and innovation.
Strong team player with a collaborative approach.
