ArtsAI seeks an exceptional professional to join our team as a Technical Account Manager. This role offers flexibility in the title and presents an opportunity to work closely with our strategic customers on implementing cutting-edge AI dynamic creative, personalization, and attribution campaigns. As an individual contributor, you will significantly impact our products and roadmap. We value process orientation and expect you to contribute to developing new implementation processes, procedures, and systems for future campaigns. This is a hands-on role that rewards groundbreaking work.

A technical background and/or education is essential for this position. You will collaborate daily with our talented engineering team and engage with customers and partners at all levels. The Technical Account Manager will closely collaborate with Artsai’s account management, support, and engineering teams.

About You

As a candidate for this position, you must possess a technical background and demonstrate intelligence, independence, and strong attention to detail. Excellent communication, technical, business, and organizational skills are a must, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and exceed client expectations. A college degree is required, with a preference for a Bachelor of Computer Science or a similar technical field.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Collaborating with clients, partners, and internal teams (engineering, account management, and support) to provide proactive implementation guidance for our largest, most strategic, and complex customers, including digital publishers, agencies, marketers, DSPs, and DMPs.
  • Coordinating, managing, and driving the implementation and set-up of new digital marketing campaigns involving multiple companies simultaneously.
  • Creating, recommending, documenting, and optimizing implementation processes, procedures, and systems to benefit future customers and campaigns.
  • Delivering exceptional live product and technology demos.
  • Working closely with revenue, account management, engineering, support, and executive teams.
  • Building and nurturing positive customer and partner relationships at various levels.

Desired Qualifications:

  • BS degree or higher.
  • Ability to establish positive relationships with diverse individuals, both internally and externally.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in technology, operations, engineering, or product roles in digital advertising or digital marketing.
  • Previous experience with digital or mobile ad servers, DSPs, trackers, and tags.
  • Proven track record of developing key technical and business relationships with large clients and partners.
  • Exceptional verbal, presentation and written communication skills complement
