Responsibilities:
1) To do Day-to-day general administration that include daily attendance, leave, safety, recruitment and reporting to line manager.
2) Coordinate with all employees, maintain support staffs for housekeeping.
3) To maintain all data records papers in relation to Recruitment & Selection, wages, OT, allowances and employee’s Personal file with all related papers as up-dated Calculation & disbursement of TA bill, Mobile bill & travel bill.
4) Conduct the orientation & awareness program for the employees to educate them about the rules and regulation, compliance issues, health and safety, policies, procedures and discipline.
5) Ensuring the final settlement of resigned employees.
6) To manage probationary review and yearly appraisal process all staffs.
7) To prepare different letters, such as notice, warning letter, show cause letter, etc. for disciplinary actions.
Job Type: Full Time
Educational: Bachelor degree in any discipline, Master’s degree in any discipline.
