1/ AGM Production/Operations. (Unit head) – Knit Garments unit.
##Educational Qualifications: Minimum University graduation. Industrial Engineering / IPE / Similar educational qualifications will be definitely given more priority.
##Experience : Should be having a good knowledge on all types of Knit Garments manufacturing and the overall operational activities of the factory. Applicants should have a proven knowledge in managing the factory operations based on modern concepts.
Minimum of 15 years of the total experience and out of that at least 06 years hands on experience in the similar capacity.
##Attitude and Loyalty : Should be having a positive mentality who accepts any challenges and adopts with frequent changes for development steps. Must be a good problem solving person who can make decisions. Should have a minimum 04 years or more period of working records in each company with a successful track record.

2/ QC Manager – Knit & Woven garments –
##Educational Qualifications: Minimum University graduation. Related professional training or educational qualifications will be definitely given more priority.
##Experience: Should be having a good Technical knowledge on all types of Knit and Woven Garments. Applicants should have a proven knowledge in managing the Total Quality Management system of the factory including the management of all technical and system audit operations.
Minimum 12 years of total experience and out of that at least 06 years in the similar capacity.
##Attitude and Loyalty: Should be having a positive mentality who accepts any challenges and adopts with frequent changes. Must be a strong problem analyzer and a problem solver. Should have a minimum 04 years or more period of working records in each previous organizations with a successful track record.
