Senior Officer/Assistant Manager, Business Development

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Purpose
Acquire all P2G channel of Bangladesh Government. Maintain best in class relationship to enhance Bill pay business.

Key Responsibilities
• Responsible to build up and maintain an effective and efficient partnership with utility bill pay service providers
• Work as a single POC for bill pay service providers and internal customers to support and facilitate all business requirement.
• Collaborate with partners to develop & execute go-to market strategy.
• Concept generation and design marketing campaigns for bill pay customers and channel them towards potential revenue growth.
• Coordinate with the cross functional teams to ensure smooth services, campaigns, roll outs, etc.
• Ensure good relationship among the utility regulators and Government level.
• Acquire an expert understanding of product, competitors and the markets to build up the strategy for strong positioning.
• Maintain liaison with key Government Officials associated with various disbursement programs through regular engagement.

Academic Qualification:
Business Graduate from a reputed educational institute

Job experience in relevant industry:
o 2-4 years of experience in corporate/Business sales
o Expert in Handling Govt. Officials.

Key Skills:
o Strong Key Account Management Skills
o Good Communication skills

Technical/Job Knowledge:
Experience working in Financial institutions in selling services & technology,
Proven relationship management and strategic account management skills.

Interpersonal/Managerial:
o Ability to manage Govt. Officials
o Ability to work under pressure
o Frequent travel outside Dhaka
