Job Overview
Product Lead – MyGP plays a key role in driving the continuous evolution, customer experience, and business growth of MyGP as a large-scale digital customer platform. The role is responsible for translating customer needs, business priorities, data insights, and emerging technology opportunities into high-impact digital products and experiences.
The Product Lead will work closely with the UX, Engineering, Data, Marketing, Commercial, and platform teams across the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and prioritization to development, launch, and optimization while leveraging AI and data-driven capabilities to create more personalized, intelligent, and efficient customer journeys.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the product roadmap for assigned MyGP journeys and capabilities aligned with customer needs and business priorities.
- Identify customer problems and growth opportunities through product analytics, customer research, market trends, and stakeholder inputs.
- Translate business and customer problems into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and measurable success metrics.
- Collaborate with UX, Engineering, Architecture, Data, and Business teams to design scalable and intuitive digital experiences.
- Drive end-to-end product delivery from discovery, design, development, UAT, launch, and post-launch optimization.
- Manage product backlog, prioritization, dependencies, risks, and release readiness across cross-functional teams.
- Use product analytics, funnel analysis, experimentation, and A/B testing to continuously improve adoption, engagement, conversion, and customer experience.
- Identify and drive opportunities to apply AI/GenAI, personalization, recommendation, intelligent search, conversational experiences, and automation within MyGP.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate product discovery, customer insight generation, requirement development, experimentation, and product operations.
- Ensure product initiatives maintain appropriate standards for performance, scalability, security, customer privacy, and platform stability.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of Product Management, Product Discovery, Agile delivery, UX principles, and digital product lifecycle management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with the ability to translate customer insights and business objectives into product decisions.
- Hands-on understanding of product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or equivalent platforms.
- Good understanding of APIs, digital platforms, system integrations, and technology dependencies.
- Understanding of AI/GenAI, personalization, recommendation systems, automation, and emerging digital product capabilities.
- Strong understanding of experimentation, A/B testing, funnel optimization, customer engagement, and growth methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills across Product, UX, Engineering, Data, Marketing, and Business teams.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline from a reputed university.
Experience Requirements
- At least 4–8 years of relevant experience in Product Management, Digital Products, or Digital Platforms, preferably within Telecom, Fintech, E-commerce, or large-scale consumer digital ecosystems.
- Proven experience in managing digital products or customer journeys from discovery and requirement definition through development, launch, and optimization.
- Experience working with cross-functional Agile teams and managing product roadmaps, backlogs, prioritization, and releases.
- Experience using customer and behavioral data to drive product decisions, experimentation, and measurable business outcomes.
- Exposure to large-scale mobile applications, telecom digital platforms, personalization, payments, marketplaces, or AI-powered customer experiences will be an added advantage.
