Is this just motivational advice?
No. You get a specific shortlist of roles to target, an honest read on your CV, and a written plan with the gaps to close in priority order. Encouragement is not the product.

How long is the session?
Sixty to ninety minutes, depending on how much ground there is to cover.
Is it online or in person?
Either. Most sessions run online over video; in-person sessions are available in Dhaka.
I do not know what I want to do at all. Is that a problem?
That is the most common reason people book. The session is built to narrow a wide-open question down to two or three realistic directions.
Do I need to send my CV first?
It helps a lot, but it is not required. If you do not have one yet, tell us what you have studied and done and we will work from that.
