Salary Range: Negotiable
Office Location: Kemal Ataturk Avenue, Banani.
Office Time: 9.30 to 6.30 (5 days)
Weekend: Friday & Saturday
Job Description:
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, trends, and marketplace policies.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
• Experience with order fulfillment, logistics, and customer service is a plus.
• Conduct thorough product research to identify profitable opportunities, competitive pricing, and trending products.
• Coordinate inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels, and timely replenishment.
• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback, ensuring exceptional customer service.
• Implement marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase sales, including running promotions and advertising campaigns.
• Analyze sales data and generate reports to identify trends, recommend improvements, and achieve sales targets.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, marketplace policies, and best practices for each platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and customer support, to streamline operations and enhance the overall customer experience.
Educational Qualification:
BBA/MBA in Business Administration with a major in Marketing
Experience:
At least 1-2 years in relevant field.
