𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
-Plan & generate fruitful outdoor activities to promote the brand efficiently considering the target audience which will enhance clients’ events.
-Identify and understand clients’ needs by answering their questions and following up with them to respond to their requests for proposals (RFPs)
-Collaborate with the operation team to set goals, plan, and forecast to secure, retain, and grow accounts.
-Maintain a database of prospective clients to develop short- and long-term business plans.
-Manage pilot projects, project delivery, and project transition within defined scope, cost, and timeline.
-Prepare and deliver different content-related pitches, proposals, and presentations to potential new clients to promote the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
-Generate new event ideas for the business and develop growth strategies accordingly.
-Prepare quarterly/ half yearly/ yearly event & outdoor plan and budget
-Other jobs assigned by management

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
-Postgraduate from any reputed University
-Having work experience in the events and activation department will get the advantage
-Communication Skill: Both verbal and written in Bangla and English
-Proficient computer skills- MS PowerPoint, MS Office, MS Excel, e-mail
