Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh

A day in the life of a Brand Management Specialist

Develop and update Consumer Portrait and Consumer Engagement Funnel for the Brand
Activate Brand Essence and execute the activities to meet the Brand’s Purpose
Manage packaging, consumer promotions, activation, sampling, brand communications and create shared value related to her/his Brand.
Understand in-store environment, contribute to category strategy, define desired relative price, provide recommendations to pricing and promotional strategy, and propose SKUs for key channels and key customers.
Delight consumers with new and/or renovated products that ensure consumer preference and nutritional advantage.
Deeply understand shopping behaviors and motivations of target consumers together with Category/Channel and Customer teams to delight shoppers and drive business growth.
Constantly track and monitor the business KPIs including market share
Drive and nurture innovation projects in the category with proper consumer insight and track its performance.
Understand business management (Organic Growth, Real Internal Growth, Marginal Contribution, Product Fixed Marketing Expense, Operational Profit & Market Share), KPI impact and act accordingly to ensure business sustainability over the long term.

What will make you a successful candidate?

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant field is required.
Prior experience of handling brand/s will be an added advantage.
High proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Strong Data Analytical Skills.
Understanding the Business Environment.
Result Focus.
Initiative Driven.
