Job Description
The incumbent of this role will be responsible for designing and shaping unique and user-centric digital products and experiences. S/he is expected to translate high-level business requirements into interaction flows, and artifacts and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.
Job Responsibilities
• Collaborate with product management, service design, brand, and IT development for the product direction, visuals, and experience
• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks
• Create, improve, and use wireframes, prototypes, style guides, and user flows and effectively communicate interactive ideas with stakeholders using any of these methods
• Prepare and deliver finished UI designs to IT development in Figma/Adobe XD/similar acceptable formats
• Establish long-term design guidelines for CBL digital products in accordance with industry best practices and standards
Education & Experience
• Undergraduate/graduate from a reputed university with at least 4 years of experience in UI/UX design. Relevant professional certification is preferable
• Strong and demonstrable portfolio of past UI design is mandatory
