Role Snapshot
Key Responsibilities
- Lead each production shift to ensure smooth operations and on-plan SKU output, productivity and OTIF performance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports covering output, yield, waste, and downtime.
- Optimize man–machine–material utilization to reduce conversion cost.
- Enforce strict compliance with product specifications, HACCP, GMP, GHK and food-safety regulations.
- Drive waste/defect/breakdown reduction using TPM, AM, PM, Lean Six Sigma, RCA, KAIZEN and Pareto analysis.
- Implement and audit safety regulations and best practices.
- Identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot equipment issues and formulate action plans to meet OEE targets.
- Control raw- and packaging-material variance through perfect RM/PM utilization.
- Support production trials for all new product developments (NPDs).
Required General Skills
- Education: B.Sc. in Mechanical, Chemical, Food Engineering or Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE).
- Tools: Advanced MS Excel analytics plus MS Power tools (Power BI, Power Query, etc.).
- Quality Systems: Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 (QMS), ISO 14001:2015 (EMS), FSSC 22000 v5.1 (FSMS) and ISO 45001:2018 (OH&S).
Experience
- 3 – 6 years in food, FMCG or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Proven experience in production management, maintenance and project execution.
