**Educational Requirements:**
– BBA in Marketing
– Hon’s English
– Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
– B.Sc in Engineering (EEE / CSE) – Completed or in the last semester
**Responsibilities:**
– Conduct inbound and outbound calls and compose professional emails to promote our services with detailed information and relevant offers, using appropriate communication skills.
– Foster and maintain relationships with the Product Team and Customers.
– Engage in direct marketing activities targeting various corporate houses and both public and private institutions.
– Ensure accurate maintenance of customer information in the database.
– Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues experienced by our clients.
– Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
– Exhibit responsibility, loyalty, proactiveness, and result-oriented behavior.
**Job Nature Considerations:**
– Commitment of 48 hours per week in the office.
– Posting Period: 1st October 2023 – 30 December 2023.
– Full-time positions may be offered based on performance.
**Job Location:** Dhanmondi / Mohammadpur
**Remuneration:** 18,000 BDT for the three-month internship period.
