Job Overview: Trainee District Manager – Retail Sales

As a Trainee District Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing retail operations across your assigned territory. You will lead a team of Branch Managers, drive sales performance, and ensure operational excellence to achieve growth and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and support to Branch Managers to help them achieve sales and operational targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
• Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Manage operational processes including credit control, inventory, and customer service.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams across marketing, finance, after-sales service, and HR.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA), preferably in Marketing.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in Sales Management, Area/Territory Marketing, or Distribution.
• Additional Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel within Bangladesh.
• Age: Maximum 35 years.
