Vacancy in Human Resource Dept. for Sr. Executive
Freight Management Ltd., one of the largest and oldest freight forwarding companies in Bangladesh, is looking for a Sr. Executive in its Human Resource department.
Education: Graduation from any reputed university with major in HR
Experience: 1 to 2 years in any company which follows best practices.
Salary range: Tk. 25,000 – 30,000 per month
Other benefits: PF, GF, Festival Bonus, Lunch allowance, mobile allowance, evening snacks, earned leave encashment and profit sharing.
Location: Banani
Working Days per week: 6
Probation period: 3-6 months (based on performance)
An Ideal candidate will have the following experience:
* Hands on experience in implementing best practices of labor law in a reputed organization.
* Hands on experience in candidate recruitment, annual appraisal, leave processing, personal file maintenance and resignation procedures.
