Junior Executive/Executive Business Development

The purpose of a Business Development professional is to identify and create long-term value opportunities by expanding markets, forming strategic partnerships, and driving sustainable growth for the organization.

• Visit & find out prospective lands and creating new market opportunity for business development
• Arrange project visit for potential land owners
• Provide necessary information and services to clients and land owners in an efficient way as per set service policy of the organization.
• Negotiation & procurement (Lands at Prime Area of Dhaka City)
• Achieve target.
• Create a strong data base and able to handle it independently.
• Promote company goodwill and appropriate Business Development activities.
• Gathering and analyzing information about competitors' strategies and customer preferences.

• Fresh graduates from any discipline from a reputed university
• Candidates with good communication skill will get preference
• 0-2 years’ experience
• Self-motivated and result focused attitude

• Good communication skill
• Multi-skilled computer knowledge including MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
• Pro-active, presentable, proactive, and result-oriented.
• Demonstrated skills in problem solving and multitasking.
