Senior Associate / Associate Manager - Energy & Partner Management

Job Overview

This role focuses on improving energy efficiency through audits, data analysis, and execution of energy-saving projects. The role involves energy budgets, supporting strategic initiatives to reduce consumption and emissions, and aligning efforts with Axiata Group’s Net-Zero goals. Strong analytical skills and experience in energy management are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage energy consumption and cost efficiency across Robi sites to ensure optimal utilization.
• Assess business decisions from a sustainability perspective and identify opportunities to enhance energy efficiency.
• Conduct energy audits, analyze audit findings, and recommend energy strategies to improve efficiency and performance.
• Design, lead, and oversee short- and long-term initiatives aimed at improving energy efficiency, reducing greenhouse gas emissions, and minimizing wastage.
• Develop, manage, and track the energy budget, including cost forecasting, savings projections, variance analysis, and reporting against approved budgets.
• Prepare detailed business cases and formal proposals for new energy initiatives, outlining projected costs, savings, and environmental impact.
• Drive energy-related project execution to reduce CO₂ emissions in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare sustainability and CO₂ reduction reports aligned with Axiata Group’s Net-Zero vision and ensure implementation of group-level guidance.
• Continuously assess new technologies and products from an energy efficiency standpoint and stay updated on emerging energy-efficient solutions.

Educational Requirements

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Telecommunication, or a related discipline from a reputed university.
