Marico Bangladesh Ltd. is looking for a dynamic Business Finance Manager who will partner closely with cross-functional teams to drive profitable growth, shape business strategies, and ensure financial excellence across the brand portfolio.
The role is responsible for transforming financial data into actionable business insights, influencing strategic decisions, and creating impact beyond traditional finance responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning for all allocated brands.
- Review and analyze brand-level P&L, highlighting risks and opportunities to management.
- Oversee timely month-end closing activities and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Drive financial modelling and scenario analysis to support brand and marketing strategies.
- Lead variance analysis and proactively work with cross-functional teams to address deviations.
- Ensure high-quality MIS and management reporting with actionable insights.
- Partner with category teams to evaluate brand investments, pricing decisions, and new initiatives.
- Mentor and guide junior team members within the Brand Finance team.
- Support the Head of Business Finance in strategic initiatives and special projects.
Educational Requirements
- MBA/BBA in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline from a reputed university.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Business Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis, or related areas.
- At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role.
