Senior Counselor – UK Division

About the Role

The Senior Counselor – UK Division will guide and assist students throughout their journey to study abroad, from course and university selection to the application and visa process. The role will provide personalized guidance on educational opportunities, career goals, and academic pathways, primarily focused on the UK education system.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized counseling to students on study options, course selection, and career goals.
• Consult with students and guardians through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and social media.
• Guide students through the application process, including documentation, admission forms, and visa support.
• Maintain detailed records of student documents and ensure strict confidentiality at all times.
• Stay updated on UK university requirements, scholarships, visa rules, and educational policies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partner universities and institutions.
• Follow up with students regularly through calls, WhatsApp messages, social media, and emails.
• Uphold company policies, maintain professional ethics, and represent the organization positively.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in educational consultancy, counseling, or student advisory roles within the UK education market.
• Strong understanding of UK university admission procedures and visa requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with patience and empathy.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and demonstrate strong time management.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Docs, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
