Probationary Officer (PO)

Educational Qualification

• Master’s Degree from any recognized university.
• Minimum CGPA 3.00 in graduation/post-graduation.
• Minimum GPA 4.50 in SSC/HSC/equivalent.

Additional Requirements

• Must be a Bangladeshi citizen.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset.
• Analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic banking environment.

Compensation & Other Benefits

• Probationers will be offered an attractive monthly remuneration package during the one-year probation period.
• Successful probationers will be absorbed into the regular cadre according to the policy of the Bank.

• Selected candidates will be required to execute a surety bond committing to serve Midland Bank PLC for a minimum period of five (5) years from the date of joining.

Trainee Assistant Officer (TAO)

• Minimum GPA 4.00 in SSC/HSC/equivalent.
