British American Tobacco Bangladesh is looking for a Junior Team Leader (SMD) – Savar to support manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day production activities within the assigned manufacturing cell.
• Monitor production targets, quality standards, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with operators, technicians, and support functions to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Maintain production records and reports using MS Office tools.
• Identify and resolve operational issues to support productivity and quality objectives.
• Promote a strong culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.

Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or FMCG operations.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Willingness to work at Savar Factory and support manufacturing operations.
