Job Summary

Strategy

• Demonstrate strong selling and interpersonal skills to convince clients and sell bank products.

• Support the Business Development Manager of Outbound in translating Retail Banking agendas into detailed execution plans.
• Achieve business targets.
• Participate in sales calls and offer suitable products, including PL / CC.
• Ensure need-based selling.

• Protect the Bank’s and clients’ interests against fraud and mis-selling.
• Attend training, acquire knowledge, and apply it to the job function.
• Adhere to all policies, guidelines, and procedures and comply with local regulatory requirements.

• Support and drive the implementation of ORF initiatives and roll out of the OR Target Operating Model.
• Record and maintain operational risks in the risk tracking system (Excel), in accordance with Group Operational Risk Procedures.

Governance

• Ensure adherence to the Risk Management Framework, Group Code of Conduct, and various policies, procedures, and guidelines of the Bank by the country and group V&V teams.
• Enforce the associated policies and procedures.

Regulatory & Business Conduct

• Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
• Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines, and the Group Code of Conduct.

• Embed Here for Good and the Group’s brand and values in the V&V Outbound team.

• Ensure error-free AOF/application/instruction submission.
• Ensure timely escalation of H&S-related issues.
• Capitalize on cross-sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve common objectives.
